Central to LeadCrest’s investment approach is responsible investing, where the company strives to deliver long-term sustained value for their investors, society, and the environment.
The purpose of the Real Estate Responsible Investment Policy is to articulate LeadCrest's dedication to integrating ESG considerations into our real estate investment strategy.

By signing the principles, LeadCrest commits to adopt and implement them, where consistent with its fiduciary responsibilities. LeadCrest believes this will improve its ability to meet commitments to beneficiaries as well as better align their investment activities with the broader interests of society.
